Title: dimmer output controlling

Hi

we r using paradim q pack digital dimmers form light processor brand.when we checked last time we put all out puts at 0 value but out put showing 230 volts to voltmeter.let me know how dimmer out put controlling through phase or neutral? Sorry if any wrongs in my english.

If you put a voltmeter on a dimmer channel output with nothing else plugged into the dimmer channel you will always get the full supply voltage, as the triacs in the dimmers "leak" a little.  If you plug a lamp in as well as the meter than you will then get the true reading.
